Hi, this is the last post of the course, and I talk about the English language challenges, in first hand, I can say that in the university I had to learn to read in English because almost all bibliography about my study programme is this language and the English programme of the university isn’t taken a topics about papers or theory. I´ve always knew speak and understand a little bit, but the technical terminology is too difficult to follow. On the other hand I think around the use of blogs is a good teaching methodology because you can practice to read others opinions. However I feel is a communication tool that at least in Chile not used very much. I think that the carriers or faculties needed improve a different English programmes, because, required for each a specific subjects. In this p ost I write about some changes that could be made in my career: Archaeology in the Universidad de Chile. To be able to study archaeology yo u must first enter the anthropology program -at least in this university- I think its a really necessary to the formation , In respect of the curriculum I suppose that change the theoretical perceptive in the subjects we need to learn, with the incorporation of new teachers. On the other hand I think is important that there, are more activities in the field for the practice a both social and physical anthropology and archaeology. On the other hand I believe the workload in this programme it's too demanding because you need a lot of time to read and write!, truly I learned to reading comprehension in this career.
